THE MARKETER'S EDIT
You've built the freelance business.
Now build what comes next.

November 7–8, 2026 · Brooklyn, New York · Only 40 seats
Come with questions. Leave with a plan.
This is for the freelance marketer in the middle.
Spend the day learning alongside business owners and experts who have actually done the things you're trying to figure out — from building a team and increasing content output to creating new revenue opportunities and turning relationships into business growth.
You’ll learn how to:
Build a business that can grow beyond your own capacity — whether that means hiring, creating better systems, or restructuring how you work.
Create more content without creating more chaos using repeatable workflows, proven formats, and smarter use of data.
Turn your network into a real business asset by building relationships that lead to referrals, collaborations, clients, and opportunities.
Explore new ways to grow your revenue beyond simply taking on more client work.
Make clearer decisions about what comes next for your version of a sustainable creative business.

Latasha James is a business coach, marketing strategist, and content creator who has spent over a decade helping freelancers and creators build businesses that work for them. She runs her own studio, coaches hundreds of people through the exact decisions this retreat is built around, and has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, and the Washington Post. She's not teaching from a textbook.
Elena Krumlowsky went fully self-employed the day after graduating in 2021. Since then she's built some of Luxembourg's most recognizable brand presences — including the visit_luxembourg account with over 110k followers. She co-created this retreat because she's navigating the same questions as everyone in the room.
We built the event we wished we could attend.

A note from us
We built this retreat because we couldn't find what we were looking for: something small, practical, and built specifically for marketers who are in the middle of growing.
Not just starting out. Not running an agency of 20.
Somewhere in between, figuring it out.
We also made a deliberate choice to keep this accessible, with Saturday tickets starting at just $249. The goal was never to create a status-symbol event — it was to create a genuinely useful one. The Founder's Table is there if you want the full weekend and more time with us.
Either way, we’d love to have you there.
