Build a business that works better for you.

A hands-on weekend in Brooklyn for freelancers, creatives, and small business owners aiming to build better systems, stronger relationships, new revenue opportunities, and
a clearer path forward.

November 7-8, 2026

You’ve built a freelance business.

Now you’re rethinking pricing, workload, and whether scaling even makes sense.

November 7-8, 2026 | New York City

If this feels familiar, you’re exactly who we’re building this for.

Better systems.
New opportunities.
Stronger connections.

Build the next era of your business with the support from experts and peers.

The Marketer’s Edit brings freelancers, creators, agency owners, and other self-employed creatives together with people who have actually built, hired, scaled, created content, diversified their revenue, and grown businesses in different ways.

We’ll talk honestly about building a team, creating better systems, increasing your content output, finding new revenue opportunities, strengthening your network, and designing a business that works for the life you actually want.

And because we’re keeping the room to approximately 40 people, there’s space to ask questions, share what you’re working through, and actually get to know the people sitting beside you.

Come with questions. Leave with ideas, connections, and a clearer path forward.

This retreat is for you if…

  • you’re building a freelance, creative, or service-based business and want to make it more sustainable

  • you’re figuring out what growth looks like for you: more revenue, a team, better systems, new offers, or simply more breathing room

  • you want practical strategies for content, hiring, revenue, relationships, and business growth that you can actually use

  • you’re tired of trying to make every business decision alone

  • you want to meet other creative entrepreneurs who understand the complexity of building something for yourself

  • you want to leave with new ideas, useful connections, and a clearer sense of what to do next

Participation is limited to approximately 40 people so there’s actually room to ask questions, have real conversations, and get to know the people you’re learning alongside.

Elena Krumlowsky went fully self-employed the day after graduating in 2021. Since then she's built some of Luxembourg's most recognizable brand presences — including the visit_luxembourg account with over 110k followers. She co-created this retreat because she's navigating the same questions as everyone in the room.

We built the event we wished we could attend.
