Welcome to the
THE MARKETER'S EDIT
A hands-on weekend made for freelance marketers ready for their next era of growth.
November 7–8, 2026 · Brooklyn, New York · 40 seats only
Early bird pricing is live.
Doors are officially open.
This is for the freelance marketer in the middle.
You're not just starting out. You have clients. You've figured out the basics. But you're also working mostly alone, making big decisions without a lot of people around who truly get it. You've probably been to events that weren't quite right.
Too big. Too general. Too focused on motivation and not enough on the actual mechanics of running a freelance business.
This isn't that.
The Marketer's Edit is a working room, not just a motivational event.
Just 40 people attendees. Real conversations about pricing, scaling, capacity, hiring, brand partnerships, content, and creative business growth — with enough space to actually think, connect, and leave with something useful.
Plus, intentional pricing to make this experience more accessible to freelancers who are serious about building what comes next.
Saturday starts at $149. That's it. No catch.

So what does the weekend look like?
Here's how the days are structured*
Saturday, Nov 7 — The main day (All Tickets) A full day at Bat Haus in Williamsburg. Latasha opens with the Creator Trifecta framework, then several more speakers across scaling, systems, content, brand deals, and community. Lunch included. Evening social with mocktails, pizza, and karaoke to close out the day.
The Workshop + VIP Experience (Founder's Table only) Latasha leads the Business Ecosystem workshop — you'll map your own service, product, and brand deal offerings and leave with a concrete game plan. Enjoy lunch, then join a private afternoon roundtable capped at 10 people. You’ll also get a professional headshot session and mini brand shoot!
*Details may shift slightly as we finalize venues and logistics. You'll always be the first to know.
Meet your speakers
You’ll hear from Latasha James, Madeline Eddi, Samantha Washington, and many more speakers being announced in the coming weeks. We’re covering the things that actually move the needle for freelance marketers building modern creative businesses.
A note from us
We built this retreat because we couldn't find what we were looking for: something small, practical, and built specifically for marketers who are in the middle of growing.
Not just starting out. Not running an agency of 20.
Somewhere in between, figuring it out.
We also made a deliberate choice to keep this accessible, with Saturday tickets starting at just $149. The goal was never to create a status-symbol event — it was to create a genuinely useful one. The Founder's Table is there if you want the full weekend and more time with us.
Either way, we’d love to have you there.

We're capping attendance at 40. That's intentional. Smaller room means real conversations, real access, and none of the "conference overwhelm" that comes with a 300-person event.
